We evaluate your site, handle grading and pad preparation, and get the ground right before anything goes vertical.
Foundation
Engineered concrete designed from your building’s actual loads. Anchor bolts surveyed and verified before steel arrives. Half an inch matters.
Steel
Red-iron frame, purlins, panels, trim, and doors. Erected by experienced crews, checked against the engineering at every step.
Delivery
Weathertight and dried-in. You take the keys and control your own build-out, with our contract and warranty behind the work.
Animated digital models of the building types Sitton delivers: shop buildings, aircraft hangars, carports, barndominium shells, hay barns, and mini storage, each assembling from foundation to finished shell.
