One thing, done well.
Sitton Building Group is a founder-led company built on years of Oklahoma industry, finance, and construction relationships, and on a simple decision: do one thing well. We deliver pre-engineered steel building shells, from dirt work to dried-in, and we do not pretend to be anything else.
That focus is the point. A contractor who does everything is managing a dozen trades on your dime. We manage the shell: the pad, the concrete, the steel, and the weathertight envelope, with one contract and one person accountable for all of it. Then we hand you the keys and you control your own build-out.
We are new as a company. We will earn the portfolio one building at a time, and we would rather show you real work when it exists than dress this page up with stock photos labeled as ours.

Connor founded Sitton Building Group to do one thing well: deliver steel building shells across the Tulsa area with the scope fixed, the price clear, and the work done right. The company is built on years of Oklahoma industry, finance, and construction relationships, and on a simple belief: a straight answer is worth more than a sales pitch, and the name on the building is the name that answers the phone.

General liability coverage in force, certificates provided before work begins, and a written contract on every job.
Engineered foundations.
Concrete designed from your building’s actual loads and poured to stamped drawings. Never a guess, never a generic detail.
Registered where required.
Registered and permitted in the jurisdictions we build in, and straight with you about what your county does and does not require.
Vetted subcontractors.
Every crew on your site is vetted and insured, and answers to us. You hold one contract, and we hold everyone under it.
