Using this site

Everything on this site is general information to help you plan a building project. It is not an offer, and nothing here forms a contract. Contracts with us are written documents that both of us sign.

We keep the site accurate to the best of our knowledge and update it as our business grows, but we may change any of it at any time.

Planning estimates

Numbers from our quote builder and 3D designer are planning estimates only. They are not quotes, offers, or guaranteed pricing. Final pricing depends on your site, finalized specifications, code requirements, and current material prices, and comes as a written quote once we work through those details with you.

The 3D designer

The 3D models are visualizations to help you think through your building. They are not construction drawings, engineering documents, or exact renderings. On-screen colors are approximate; final colors come from physical samples.

Your information

What we collect through this site and how we use it is covered in our privacy policy, in the same plain language as this page.

Our content

The Sitton Building Group name, logo, and the content of this site belong to us. Use it to plan your project all you like; do not republish it as your own.

The legal basics

The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind about the site itself. These terms are governed by Oklahoma law.
